Missing Parcel

I dropped a parcel on 26/12 /2020 at Key west Shopping Centre , the only SMS that I received was that the parcel has been dropped off . A week later I called Paxi Helpline and the consultant advised that they will investigate and get back to me , nothing happened . I called again , was told the same thing . basically what happened was that the courier took the parcel without scanning it . does that mean I must just forget about my parcel and move on ? Your service is not rendered for free so you can't expect the customer to just let it go and loose money ?
