Missing Parcel.

I have complaint with PAXI Pep home, from Aliwal North. I was supposed to get a parcel on the 2nd of September which was the predicted arrival. But on the 25th of August they said my parcel was cancelled but it still stated that it will arrive on the 31st of August which was confusing because my arrival was on the 2nd of September. And I tried contacting them with the help of the sender since I'm the Receiver. But on 31st of August the parcel didn't arrive and I waited for the predicted delivery date anyway but still I didn't get it. Then I started getting in contact with them and they insisted that my parcel was cancelled. But to the sender they are re telling different stories, they said the parcel was at Glen Store p6753 to the sender but to me they said it was cancelled. Also to the sender they would state that they didn't talk to me not even once. Now all of a sudden my parcel is being checked by the courier guys for a week now. I haven't received any assistance, I've been sending emails also calling them but no difference.
