Missing Parcel

I had a very bad experience with PAXI It was the 1st time using this pathetic service in my life as I'm writing this review the person who is suppose to get her parcel hasn't received it I've send the parcel on the 3rd of this month using PEP store at Vaal Mall sending to someone who is in Durban I've received the message from PAXI saying the recipient will receive her parcel on the 17th of this month but till this day she hasn't received On Wednesday the 26th I've called PAXI call center spoke to 1 of the agent by the name of Vuyani promised me that the recipient will get her parcel on Friday the 27th it didn't happen she hasn't received her parcel so now I want people to be awere of PAXI this service it's nothing but ****. I'm still searching for that parcel with no luck The worst part is even their WhatsApp number is not even working PAXI it's a ****
