Missing ITEM

I had my goods couriered from East London to Pep Burgundy Square Cape Town. It literally took 2 weeks since there was a delay with the courier.

Yesterday I collected my goods the bag was not tightly sealed and I received 2 jackets yet my boots are missing. When I tried contacting an agent on their whatsapp line I was told to contact them after 4 hours. It's been 4 hours and I'm still waiting I've sent texts to no response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
