I urge you not to use paxi,they are such a **** Rather use pudo or Courier guy I sent out a parcel on the 13th of december 2024 and it still hasn't reached its destination on this day which is the 22 of Jan 2025,i am being sent from their whatsapp chat to their callcentre and still noone seems to be helping me,their everyday response is they are still waiting for the response from their ****** courier until or they have escalated the matter until when???? Why is my parcel not delivered and why am i not taken serious as a customer im not updated by anything i should be the one calling them every day blood suckers refund me my money if the parcel is lost,****** ****mers I have had enough with you,you are soo unprofessional might as well leave this job to people who doesn't ***** our parcels....i want my damn parcel
