Matric dance ruined by Paxi

I am utterly disgusted with this deliver service. My aunt sent my daughters matric dress via Paxi express and it saud it will be delivered by the 29 november. We later received a notification saying there is a delay due to weather restrictions as the parcel came from JHB and the parcel should arrive the 3rd December. We contacted paxi on various platforms from the 4th December and the 5 December. I had supervisor promising call backs as they escalated the matter and will return my call in 4hrs. Nothing happened i finally had to spend additional money on another dress after spending R2700 and express delivery fees which clearly was not expressed. I want my money back for the delivery and I want compensation as the matric dance was the 5th and the delivery at Pep was the 9th december. Do it really take almost 2 weeks for express delivert
