LOST PARCELS FROM PEP PAXI

Paxi lost 2 parcels of mine. I have requested various times for the one parcel to be returned as it was send to the wrong Pep, now it is lost.

The other parcel shows lost on the system but I have phoned Paxi 3 times their only response is they are waiting for the Courier to respond. She is refusing to send me claim forms to lodge a claim.

Very bad service as I have to phone them with my airtime.
