LOST PARCEL PAXI

My parcel D*** it was send to me on the 8 May 2026. Even today has not been delivered. When I track it, its stuck in Parcel Arrived at Skooch. Send an email no one has responded. This is so unprofessional. I paid for this parcel and now no one is taking accountability or my lost parcel. Please do better. Money is spend and no communication whatsoever on your side. Now is saying Parcel Closure. AM SO ****ED ITS NOT FAIR REALLY GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER PLEASE.
