Lost Parcel

I dropped the parcel yesterday (Sunday), Myself and the recipient did not receive an SMS with parcel tracking number, I contacted Pep store, I was referred to Paxi customer service who put me on hold for over 30 minutes and ended up not speaking to anyone. The call just ended. Im so frustrated because even Pep cannot assist me.
