Lost Parcel.

I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 12th of December and I did not. I kept on calling, sending messages and emails, they kept on telling me that my parcel was at Hammersdale Hub when I asked what it was doing there they never responded. Yesterday I decided to check my status and it was on "parcel claim" meaning they lost it and I don't know how, when I ask they don't say. I am very disappointed shame and I will never use PAXI ever!
