Lost parcel by Paxi

I sent my parcel from Eastlynne Pretoria to Capetown on 31st of August 2022 and the parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 13 September 2022 .On the 12 of september 2022 on the tracking they say they attempted to deliver but failed and it was returned to PKL Capetown Hub until today the parcel has not been delivered. I am not getting any help from the Customer care seems noone knows where the parcel is.Will never use or advise anyone to use Paxi.Now l don't know if ever will get the parcel at all
