Lost parcel - Bad service

The service at Paxi is absolutely shocking. My parcel has been sent on 24/06/2020 and it's still now where to be found. They don't respond to your emails and when you call they just escalate to the manager, who never gets back to you. It seems like my parcel is now lost and now where to be found.
