Lost parcel

My parcel was sent to a wrong destination its over a month. They are taking me from piller to post. The store has the parcel but delivery guy is not collecting it or they are hiding it in the pep shop at kuilsriver voortrekker cape. I have lost hope i dont know what to do anymore i tried everything they requested of me
