Lost parcel

Paxi is useless dont ever use it. I sent my parcel on the 3rd of December 2022, they deliver a wrong parcel. When i try to trace it i have been sent from pillar to post, they always tell me that it is at the hub, it will be delivered on this date, come that date my parcel is not deliverd and the tell you another story. The consultant are even friendly they dont care you will explain one story to so many of them but they dont take responsibility and try to assist you.
