Lost parcel

I sent my parcel to ackornhoek mall on the 29th of December Then I received a saying my parcel has arrived ryt When my customer go to ackornhoek mall they say they can't find her parcel I contacted paxi on whatsapp since 5 January 2024 They first gave me runaround then at the end they say "unfortunately yr parcel has been lost "

Now they failing to refund me they avoiding me on both whatsapp and Facebook I've lost my parcel with R1800😢😢😢😢
