Lost parcel

Hello. I need help .I used paxi courier to send winter clothes for my child who lives in Joberg on June 2020 ..when I track the parcel only to find on the status it was lost ..I called their customer service I explained and they promised that they will reimburse the lost package worth R900, and I should wait for the confirmation email ..they took all my details..till today I never received any communication from them .I have been calling then numerous times they say the very samething. I even wrote a complaint on their Facebook page .it seems they are not willing to help me ..this is The 3rd month now ..keeping on calling them
