Lost package after they failed to deliver on time and wasted and entered month lying to me

My parcel was meant to be delivered in November last year and today I got told that they lost it after I’ve called since December cause I’d not received it. I’m very angry cause I called and texted multiple times and told them it was meant to arrive on the 27th and now my parcel is lost and worse it’s a jersey that belonged to someone who is no longer with us and I can never replace it and they expect me to take their R500 claim
