LOST PACKAGE

Very disappointed with PEP Paxi. I used their shipping service and my package is now lost. I have tried contacting them multiple times for help or an update and have been completely ignored. No accountability and no customer support. I would not recommend using PEP Paxi if you value your parcel or your time.
