LONG PICK UP TIMES!

I would like to find out why do we have different prices for delivery days if the package does not even get picked up on time nor delivered on the estimated date.

I dropped off a package on the 13th of July and 10 days later 23 July my package has not been picked up.

I paid for a 3-5 Days delivery as this package was needed urgently but still no update from PAXI.

If you're not going to deliver on your expectations and services rather charge us the same price for the different delivery days.
