Lazy & take forever

I been using them for a while, without too many problems, but all of a sudden this last parcel was sent a week & a half ago, I went in store after 7 days & told its in transit, wait for a pin, yet its been back & forth arrived jhb fkl & departed about 7 times, like they to lazy to deliver it to the store.
