LATE DELIVERY

My parcel was supposed to be have arrived on the 7th of December 2023. today is the 14 December 2023 still nothing. I called in they all telling me about their time around a delivery. my time around has already lapsed. Paxi service is pathetic, making their problem my problem. I want my parcel by today or tomorrow morning
