I’ve sent a parcel and the receiver didn’t get it!!

I’ve sent a parcel to a friend who’s in Polokwane, the parcel was sent from Moutse mall to Limpopo mall, I’ve sent it on the 16th of October and they haven’t sent her a message telling her anything about the parcel, I’m the only one who received the msg when I try to track it, it says it’s in polokwane hub I’ve sent the receiver to go and check it at the mall they say the mall is closed, tried calling pep at moutse mall the number that is on the website is not working and I’ve sent the email to paxi they didn’t even bother by replying me!!
