Is it the way they do business

I'm disappointed about my parcels sent from Durban 01-06-2020 (4parcels) and another 4parcels 02-06-2020 but I only received one of the first 4. I received it on 08-06-2020. If I call or email them they don't even give me an update. I don't know weather I'm going to get the rest
