Irregular , deceptive delivery turnaround

PAXI I want the number for your pkl jhb hub 2. I sent an item to rustenburg (7-9 day packet) from centurion Thursday October 13 after 5pm and the lady got it yesterday, Monday 17 Oct . She sent my item on Thursday , same day, and it says it’s at your jhb hub so it should go out for delivery today or tomorrow. So I want the number of that hub or the address so I can get it if I have to because I should have the parcel latest tomorrow!!. It’s unacceptable when she gets her item WITHIN 3 business days and I don’t!!!! (D***) the parcel must be delivered tomorrow!
