Apparently my parcel was collected by wrong courier company Ram and for a whole week my parcel hasn't been given back to the branch from Ram. I've been calling none stop and each time I've been told they sorting out they'll phone me back same day but not once did anyone from Paxi call me. I call everytime and they keep telling me they escalating the problem. I'm sick and tired of this poor service and I'll never use Paxi again. All I want is my parcel back but clearly it's a huge issue for them even getting it from Ram.
