Incompetence in delivery

I have been sent a parcel from Limpopo to Capetown, parcel has been dropped on the 4th of February, it was collected on the 4th of February and arrived at Polokwane Hub the same day. Parcel departed on the 05 of Feb and arrived at Johannesburg on the 05 Feb, on the 07 Feb parcel arrived in Cape Town hub. On the 09 of February it was scheduled for delivery. On the 12 of February the parcel is said to have arrived at Cape Town Hub again. I received a message from indicating that it will be delivered on the 20th of February. On the 24th I went to the store and I was told that it's not there yet
