The total cost of my items was aR2000 Bare in mind when you send a parcel via PEP no one tells you or ask you if you want to purchase an insurance in case something happens to your parcel Out of R2000 worth of my items was reimbursed a lousy R500 I lost instead and its not my fault that pep staff is selling their insurance to customers We are not aware that there's a cover
