I'm battling always with tracking parcel numbers

I'm battling always with tracking parcel numbers. They upgraded their system from better to worse. Everytime when I want to check or track a parcel with the D number the new system cannot pick it up, so everytime I have to go for an agent option just so they can check for me on the on their side. Their agents always keeps the person waiting to respond back with the info requested
