I want my money for my juices

My aunt sent me boxed juices from pep, it was her first time using it, when she got there she had packaged them in a box, they instructed her to take them out of the box and put them in the paxi plastic, which she did and sent through now on delivery the juices were placed in a bracket at pep brits mall with them dripping. Pep parys should not have accepted the juices if they don't deliver liquids like they said but they accepted and only on delivery I'm told this, the store in brits called paxi and they told them I can take them anywhere they won't help me
