I sent a parcel via PAXI from PEP Tygervalley on 5 July (tracking #D***), valued at over R2,000. After the parcel was hijacked, they only offered R500 and said insurance terms were on the bag. However, I was never offered or told about insurance before handing it over. Even their customer-care admitted this. This is misleading and unfair.
