I send my parcel with pexi at pep store, no one told me about the insurance, now they send me a massage saying they got hijacked they won't refund me full amount since I dnt have insurance......I will get only R500 from R2485.81

26 Sept 2025, 07:55Paxi its a ****, iam so disappointed, I send my parcel using paxi at pep store, they never told me abwt insurance, now they send me massage that they got hijacked , now I wnt get full amount since I dnt issued my parcel, when I track my parcel it says its on the way I have to expect it on the 1 first of October.these people are soo cruel and they dnt know that we know they ****ing ppl
