I purchased a gift for my niece through yaga and requested a paxi delivery on the 29 April 2025

I purchased a gift for my niece through yaga and requested a paxi delivery on the 29 April 2025. The order was posted the next day and to date I still haven't received it. I requested it to be delivered to Tekkie Town Heathway no communication came back informing me that Tekkie Town Heathway was closed down. I contacted Paxi several times and they couldn't tell me where my parcel was and kept on telling me the parcel is in transit with no further details. The lady I purchased through also contacted them several times and first they told her I must go to Tekkie Town Northgate I did this which is a 45min drive from where I stay and got there and was told nothing is by them and it showed that my parcel was in Transit. Both the seller and I went back to Paxi to find out what was going on and today 2 months later nothing has been communicated as to where my parcel is.
