I NEED MY PARCEL‼️‼️‼️‼️

Don’t recommend using Paxi, especially if you need your parcel within the timeframe they state they will deliver. My parcel got sent in November? Here I am in Dec, 9th Im still waiting for my parcel. That was supposed to arrive on the 3rd of Dec and I needed whats in the parcel for the 5th of Dec.

My parcel is still in delay delivery even today, I don’t want to mention the chat customer service agents on WhatsApp, if had the option to add screenshots would show. It takes 3 hours to get through to an agent who will just tell you its delayed but will be delivered “today” and end the chat meaning I’m even unable to express the need of my parcel which I’m not even supposed to do that was they stated it would be delivered on the 3rd. Funny how the other agent stated my parcel is delayed because there is floods in my area for delivery to the pep store nearby. 😂😂I was like maybe I’m definitely in the wrong area because there is no floods.

I had to go and spend more money in order to buy the same item I’m waiting for to be delivered. Im beyond frustrated and exhausted fighting to get my parcel.
