I have ordered an item from DC Desire, they have sent my item with Paxi

I have ordered an item from DC Desire, they have sent my item with Paxi. I was told that I will receive my item on the 17th of December. Today is the 29th and I have yet to receive my parcel. I was told it is in Durban and stuck with the courier. This parcel is officially 2 weeks late. I keep getting told they escalating the matter.
