I had a parcel that was meant to reach me sometime in May

I had a parcel that was meant to reach me sometime in May . Unfortunately Paxi failed to notify me that the parcel has arrived at the destination store. That resulted in them shipping the parcel back to the origin store. Almost 2 months later the parcel has not reached the destination store. When I tracked they said it will reach the destination store on the 25 June and regrettably it’s not there yet. When I tracked via their WhatsApp they’re not telling me where the parcel is at the moment. I will not use Paxi again.
