I had a lady to deliver a parcel from Gauteng to Free State on the 10 of march mind you she is disabled and on a wheelchair . The package was sent along with other that were going to different location. I had never received my package although I got a message that confirmed thes parcel was dropped by the sender at dobsenvile Pep home. When I call them they tell me to wait for 48 hours as they are trying to solve The matter it has been another 7 working days that I have be told to wait 💔 The agent told me to wait another 4 hours and when I check by that time their office will be closed
