i DIN NOT RECEIVE MY PARCEL FROM PAXI

On the 4 of July i asked my Son to send me some parcel from pep home lenasia . Immediately i receive the SMS after He drop them .which saysPAXI:) D*** droped of at P5798 PEP HOME LENASIA TRADE ROUTE.Destination:P6494 PEP SECUNDA VILLAGE by 2022-07-15.

When i try to trac my parcel as usual there was no movement ,and there was amessage that says (PARCEL HANDOVER FAILURE INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY) No oe contacted me and update me on my parcel.on the12.07.22 Tuesday i call lenasia pep to explain that there is no movement when i track my parcel. unfortunately that lady insisted that i must wait for for the 15.of which i did .on the 14 i call pep again i got another lady,she promise to help me and say she will come back to me,she only phone me on the 15 without a solution,i ended up calling PAXI ON THE 15.They also promise to do afoolow up and call me on the 16.but on the 16 i did not receive a call fromm Paxi,i called paxi again .the lady also promse to to a follow up.

im now tired because i wanted to use those things as well'im so dissapointed on their service.
