I am so disappointed and I lost a client

I have a problem with Pep courier, I sell clothes so I use Pep to courier these clothes , so on the 18th of October 2022 I sent clothes VIA Pep woodstock Cape Town and the store number P6268 and I was using my cell number *** and the Clients cell number is *** ,the we received the SMS confirming it was dropped off and when it was picked up making its way to Woodstock Pep but the Client hasn't received it , she's angry thinking that I ****med her so I had to pay her back the money and it's messing with business , please Helo Peter help me get the dress or they pay pay back the money I've paid to the lady please
