Horrifically slow service

My parcel was sent on the afternoon 8th of June, today is the afternoon of the19th of June and I still don't have it and I am not having much luck getting hold of customer care and their Whatsapp line does not appear to be in a hurry to respond either. 11 days and they have not managed to take a parcel from Benoni and get it to Fourways! If I had known the service was going to be this shocking I would have taken an hour out of my day and driven to Benoni and back to fetch it myself.
