Horrible service

I dropped my parcel on 6th of November at clearwater mall. my sister got an SMS for collection and when she arrived at the store it was the wrong parcel. I have been calling Paxi since last week Wednesday and to this day they have not fixed the mess that they created My tracking number is D***
