Horrible service!

Absolutely the worst courier experience ever!! Even after 3 weeks they still haven’t found or sorted out my parcel that was lost!! Call Paxi to hear about my claim- there’s nothing they can do, because the insurance company is following up on the claim. Can I have the insurance company’s number? No, because they also don’t have it??? I can’t believe how horrible their service is!!
