Horrible Service - Collection Delays

A parcel was dropped of at the PAXI point on Thursday 16/07, when I followed up with the drop off point I was referred to PAXI customer services where on Friday I spoke to Pumla who arranged for the parcel to be collected on Friday. The parcel has still not been collected, it is now 11 days later !
