horrible service

2 parcels were sent on the 27th of November 2025 on the same day from the place to the same destination. One parcel was received on the 04/12/2025 and the 2nd parcel when tracked it still states Parcel arrived at Boksburg since the 1st of December till today (08/12/2025)the parcel has No movement at all.The parcel was meant to arrive on the 04/12/2025 .[Please investigate and escalate what's happening with my parcel .
