Horrible service and ****** parcels

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Pep Paxi. They lost my product weeks ago and have been completely unresponsive. Despite multiple messages, they've failed to provide any updates or solutions. It's clear they're not taking responsibility for their mistakes. I'm still waiting for a refund or replacement. If you're considering using Paxi, think twice. Their customer service is non-existent and it seems like they're prioritizing anything but their clients' interests. 🚫💔
