Horrible Service

On 27 June I dropped a package off at Pephome pavilion which I paid for 3-5 business days delivery. My parcel supposed to arrived in CPT on 4 July to date there is no movement. I called paxi , I contacted them via WhatsApp each time it an escalation not a resolution. Agents promise to keep me updated and call me back never happens. I’m really disappointed in the service. I asked for a manager I was told I will get a call back no one called. I asked for names and agent refused to provide their name or the manager name!
