Horrible Service

absolutely worst experience of my life!! I sent a parcel to a client and my parcel got "lost". Called them to find out what they were gonna do about it, they took my details and I've had to call them back multiple times since the 27th of January 2021. Called again today (10/02/2021) and they said they will follow up with the insurance company (same story as the previous times!!). I will never use Paxi again, their service is horrible and they don't get back to you or keep you updated on claims!!!!!
