Horrible service

Paxi is very bad. I was expecting my parcel on the 13th of December even today I haven't received it they keep saying is with courier. Even their WhatsApp customer care is useless because they are always busy. Paxi if you don't want to courier anymore just close your company it's ridiculous to loose people's stuff like this we paid you to deliver now we can't get our stuff. You suck
