HORRIBLE SERVICE

I'm currently receiving the worst horrible service from Paxi and Pep Store, I sent a parcel from Pep store Tibane Centre to Pep Store Mayville on the 12/09/2019, up and until today the parcel has not arrived, This bad service is ruining my business but they do not care, I called Paxi yesterday I spoke to Xolelwa she **** to me and said her managers will sort this out but nothing, this morning I spoke to Amanda she said she will get back to me too but nothing, now they are no longer taking my calls.im disgusted by this service
