Horrible Paxi Service

I have never been so disappointed, I have used Paxi before but this time around I am seeing flames. I dropped off a parcel on 03/11/19, it has been on a delivery trip since 13/11/19 before that I've been tracking it, at some stage, it was stuck in one hub. I will never use nor recommend Paxi, the service is ridiculous.
