Horrible Paxi experience.

On the the 8th and 3rd respectively my packages were sent. I have still not received either packages. I first enquired on the 20th by calling customer care. I was told that both were in transit. After tracking the parcels once more and seeing no movement I have called a further eight times. Parcel one was finally shipped on the twenty-first but has not moved since the twenty-third. Being told each time that somebody would call me with a update later that day. Never once did I receive a call back. It was only communicated with me today that respective employees would be back at work today. Both Packages were meant to be Christmas gifts it is a great disappointment that the parcels have still not arrived and it is almost the new year.
